North East Family Chiropractic Terms and Conditions:

1. The offer is only valid to new patients only

2. This is a Facebook/Social Media and/or Web offer for new patients

3. The price is $95 and includes these services: Initial Consultation, Full Health History, Structural Assessment, Report of Findings, First Adjustment, Relevant orthopaedic and neurological testing, Diagnostic Imaging when Clinically needed

4. Occasionally we may have a new patient with a complex health issue that may require x-rays before we can begin treatment.

5. All claimed offers will be honored. Just mention to staff that you are booking a Web Offer Appointment.

Bookings may also be governed by and subject to additional terms and conditions which are applied by the Practitioner.

There is no obligation to begin treatment. Chiropractic treatment will only commence where there is informed consent from the patient.

This special offer covers the initial consultation and examination, x-rays if clinically required (you will be referred out for X-ray imaging) and initial adjustment if applicable.

Chiropractic treatment will only commence where there is reasonable clinical indication that treatment will be beneficial

Our normal treatment fees will apply for all future visits if you choose to commence treatment.
